Lab.-used XFD Series Single Flotation Cell is provided for flotation of minor ore samples in labs of geological, metallurgical, building material, chemical and other industries. The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

一、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)介:

I. Structure

ＸＦＤ型系列浮選機(jī)由下列主要部件組成：

XFD flotation cell  mainly consists of the following parts:

（１）機(jī)座（２）托板（３）槽體（４）攪拌部（５）刮板部分（６）主軸部分（７）護(hù)罩（８）電機(jī)（9）流量計(jì)（10）控制開關(guān)（11）刮板開關(guān)

所有部件都緊固在機(jī)體上，主軸（１）按順時(shí)針?lè)较蜣D(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，運(yùn)動(dòng)由皮帶輪通過(guò)皮帶到主軸皮帶輪、主軸可得三種不同的速度、刮板（３）５的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)由刮板電動(dòng)機(jī)通過(guò)皮帶輪帶動(dòng)，可得二種不同的速度、刮板的位置可通過(guò)蝶形螺母調(diào)節(jié)高低。

All parts are  fastened onto the machine body. The main shaft (1) rotates clockwise and moves  from the belt pulley to the main shaft belt pulley through the belt. Three  different rotating speeds can be obtained by the main shaft. The rotation of  scraper (3) 5 is driven by the scraper motor through the belt pulley. Two different  speeds can be obtained. The vertical position of the scraper can be adjusted  through the butterfly nuts.

由主軸變頻無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速控制、刮板速度控制等組成。

XFDⅡ型單槽浮選機(jī)工作電源電壓為AC 220V，為了人身安全，機(jī)體必需可靠接地，接電阻≤4Ω。

The working power and  voltage of XFD II single-trough flotation machine is AC 220V. For human safety,  the machine must be reliably grounded with an earth resistance ≤4Ω.

XFDⅢ新型單槽浮選機(jī) New flotation machines

實(shí)驗(yàn)室用XFDⅢ型單槽浮選機(jī)供地質(zhì)、冶金、建材、化工等礦山和科研機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)驗(yàn)室用于攪拌、擦洗、分離和精選少量礦樣等。

Laboratory XFD III single-trough flotation machine is used by mines of  geology, metallurgy, building material, chemicals, etc and laboratories of  scientific institutes to agitate, scrub, separate and select a small quantity  of ore samples.

XFDⅢ是XFD型更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。它采用變頻技術(shù)，葉輪無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速，數(shù)碼顯示，還將自吸氣改為外充氣，調(diào)整精確，顯示清楚穩(wěn)定。根據(jù)用戶的需要可配裝加熱器、溫度控制儀，隨時(shí)控制、顯示槽內(nèi)礦液溫度。本機(jī)可配液面自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)補(bǔ)加水、自動(dòng)給藥等裝置，可實(shí)現(xiàn)較高自動(dòng)化水平。

該浮選機(jī)有機(jī)架部件、主軸傳動(dòng)部件、鎖緊部件、刮板部件、浮選槽、外充氣裝置和電器控制等部件組成。

Such flotation machine is composed of frame part, main  shaft drive part, lock part, scraper part, flotation cell, outside air  inflation device, electric controller, etc.

氣泵向槽內(nèi)所供氣體，在轉(zhuǎn)子攪動(dòng)下，與礦液混合均勻，被定子切割，生成微小礦化氣泡。

The air supplied by the air pump into the cell mixes  evenly with the slurry during the agitation of the rotor, is cut by the stator,  and small mineralized bubbles are then produced.

轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)速是無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速的，可通過(guò)變頻器來(lái)調(diào)整。

The rotating speed of rotor is stepless and variable  which can be adjusted through frequency converter.

浮選槽的固定靠手輪帶動(dòng)螺桿壓緊。

To fix the flotation cell, it must be pressed tightly  with the hand wheel driving the screws.

刮泡機(jī)構(gòu)，它的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡是一種圓周運(yùn)動(dòng)。

The motion trail of the  scrapping mechanism is circular.
